I ordered a shirt to announce our pregnancy with baby #2. I was sent a onesie and the print was completely off center. I reached out and they were very kind. I recieved the next item probably 5-6 days later which would have worked perfectly because I needed it for Christmas. But when I open it, there were black marker stains on the white shirt AND completely off center by an inch or two. It was for an 18 month shirt and it was very obvious. They asked me to ship them back if I wanted a refund but I said that I would not be paying for checkpoint because I didn't order the wrong thing. The items sent were poorly produced. They then sent a shipping label to me and I will be returning both items and not ordering again. Really great customer service but the products received were not made with quality or precision.
